Are you a woman or girl who is training in the martial arts? Do you want to be? Have you ever taken a women's self defense class? Would you like to? Do you teach martial arts or self defense? Are you looking to network with other women like you?
If these are your questions, you've come to the right place for answers.
Special Training is the NWMAF's signature summer training camp for all women and girls into martial arts and self defense. Whatever your age, whether you're a brand new student or have decades of experience under your belt/sash/etc., whatever your style, wherever you live... you are welcome at Special Training!
Every year, the NWMAF hosts an intensive 2-day teacher training for women who teach self defense. This is a professional development opportunity you won't want to miss, whether you are just starting out or have been teaching self defense for years. With skill sharing, panel discussions, networking, mentoring and more. Conveniently scheduled to end before Special Training begins, so you can easily attend both events.
